Marygrace Taylor is a freelance health writer and editor. She began her career as a staff writer, and later, as an editor of KIWI magazine.

Her work has appeared in publications including Parade, Consumer Reports, Glamour, Redbook, Women’s Health, Prevention, Family Circle, O Magazine, Good Housekeeping, Self, Well + Good, The Bump, What To Expect, Refinery29, NBC Better, mindbodygreen, HealthCentral, and others.

She’s the co-author of three books, Eat Clean, Stay Lean: The DietPrevention Mediterranean Table, and Allergy-Friendly Food for Families. She was the recipient of the Institute of Food Technologists Consumer Journalism Award (2017) and a Gold FOLIO Award (2011).

She also writes for health- and wellness-centered brands including Nike, Pfizer, Pampers, Vitamix, Tyson, Truvia, Danone, Beautycounter, MetLife, Philips Homecare Health Solutions, and Bonafide, as well as hospitals and organizations including Temple Health, Fox Chase Cancer Center, Massachusetts General Hospital, United Healthcare, and Oscar Health.
